I save chores for after the kids go to bed in order to spend more time with them, but then I go to bed late and exhausted. I have recently started skipping the chores and just going to bed early whenever I can because an exhausted mom is not good for anyone.

June 15, 2016I nourish my family by planning meals and preparing them. We keep a lot of fruit and healthy snacks on hand for our oldest son. Our youngest son has a muscle disease that creates a lot of digestion problems. I have been exclusively pumping for him for over two years to nourish him in the best way possible as breast milk is the easiest thing for his body to break own. He is fully dependent on a feeding tube and has a complex diet that is carefully put together to help him grown as his body has a hard time with fats and proteins.
