Certified Nurse Midwife and mom of 4, and certified birth educator/certified lactation educator, mom of 9, and relationship and parenting coach break down what everyone needs to know about the immediate postpartum and longer term postpartum. With evidence based information and practical strategies, get your questions answered and connect with others that are preparing to be postpartum too. Learn how your body will change, what you can expect to experience, best practices for optimal recovery, and real life prep that can make all the difference in the world. Participate in this workshop from the comfort of your own home in this live virtual workshop that meets you right where you are.

Partners are welcome to join this workshop but you can attend on your own as well.

After this workshop you will:

  • Be able to set up your postpartum recovery support network
  • Be familiar with tried and true tricks and products for postpartum recovery
  • Have tools for important communication including with partners, health care providers, family, and more
  • Have practiced identifying, communicating, and holding boundaries for your baby and your recovery
  • Have your questions about postpartum sex, pottying, and other taboo topics answered
  • Be able to recognize the range of postpartum mental health experiences
  • Be set up for success in your recovery, relationships, and parenting
  • Have practiced critical conversations to have with those in your life
  • Determine your personal strategic action steps to set you and your family up for your postpartum recovery
